FrostNova Labs writes small Android games the unfashionable way: finish one, ship it whole, then start the next. Nothing streams in later, nothing phones home, nothing costs money after the download.
An offline game with no adverts and no purchases has exactly one moment to earn its keep: the download. There is no second chance to monetise a bored player, no notification to drag anyone back, no live-ops lever to pull when the numbers dip. Everything has to be good enough on the first evening or it never gets another one.
That constraint does the design work for us. If a mechanic only holds attention because something is being dangled in front of it, it does not survive here — there is nothing to dangle. What is left is the part people actually came for, which in Fusedrop is the merge itself.

This bench only climbs one chain, two pieces at a time, and keeps nothing. The board that fills up, the orders to complete, the rewards, the other chains and the decision of what to merge and when are the game — those live in Fusedrop.
FrostNova Labs is the games name used by SHA Super Market Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. The code, the artwork, this site and the Google Play account are all handled from one address in Bradford, by one person.
Bug reports, a merge chain that looks wrong, or anything about privacy — write in and you will get a reply from the person who wrote the code, usually within a couple of days.
