Who is responsible

Fusedrop is made and published by SHA Super Market Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, which releases its games under the name FrostNova Labs. Where data protection law refers to a data controller, that company is it — although there is very little to control, because the game gathers nothing.

What the game keeps, and where

Fusedrop saves your board so it is exactly as you left it when you come back. That save file is written into the game's own private storage on your device and is never uploaded. It contains game state only:

• The pieces on your board and where they sit.
• Which tiers and chains you have discovered, and how far each chain has been pushed.
• Orders in progress, orders completed and the rewards you are holding.
• Settings such as sound, music and haptics.

None of that identifies you. No name, email address, phone number, contact list, photo, location, advertising identifier or device identifier is involved at any point, and we never see the file.

What is deliberately not in the build

There is no advertising library, so no adverts are shown and no advertising profile is built from how you play. There is no analytics library and no crash reporter, so no usage events, session logs or crash traces are gathered or transmitted. There is no billing library, so nothing in the game can be bought and no payment data exists. There are no leaderboards, no friends list and no sharing, so nothing you do inside the game is visible to anyone else.

Fusedrop also requests no Android runtime permissions whatsoever — not camera, microphone, location, contacts, storage or notifications.

Network use

None. The game runs fully offline and opens no connection to our servers or to anyone else's, so it behaves identically in aeroplane mode. Because nothing is sent, nothing can be intercepted; because nothing is received, no behaviour can be switched on remotely after you install it.

The one company involved anyway

Google, because Fusedrop is distributed through Google Play. When you install or update the game, Google processes that under its own privacy policy and its own agreement with you. What reaches us is the aggregated, anonymous figures shown in the developer console — install counts, ratings, country totals — which cannot be traced back to an individual player.

If a future version of Fusedrop ever includes anything that touches the network, this page will be rewritten before that version is published, and the change will be described plainly rather than added quietly.

Children

Fusedrop is a gentle puzzle suitable for all ages and is not directed at any particular age group. Because it collects no personal data from anyone, it collects none from children either, and there is nothing in the game — no adverts, no chat, no sharing, no outbound links, nothing to buy — through which a child could send information anywhere or spend money.

If you are a parent or guardian and something appears to behave differently from what is described here, please write to us and we will look into it straight away.

Your rights, and your save file

Under the UK GDPR, and under the EU GDPR where it applies to you, you have rights to access, correct, erase and port the personal data a company holds about you, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Those rights need data to act on, and Fusedrop holds none, so there is nothing for us to send, correct or delete on your behalf. If you would like that confirmed in writing for your own records, ask and we will send it.

The save file is entirely under your control. Clearing the game's data in Android settings resets the board immediately, and uninstalling Fusedrop removes the save along with the app. Neither action needs our involvement, and neither leaves a copy behind, because no copy was ever made.

Complaints can go to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we would rather you wrote to us first so we can explain or fix whatever prompted it.

Changes to this policy

This page is updated only when the game changes in a way that affects privacy, and the date near the top changes with it. Builds you have already installed keep behaving exactly as they do today.
